Double room in Victorian Terrace

Hi, I'm looking for a Monday to Friday house mate (would consider 7 days a week if it was a short term rental).
large Double furnished Room, with sole use of downstairs shower room.
Rent includes all bills.
I'm a very social, chilled, friendly guy.
Monday to Friday I Tend to work, sleep and try to motivate myself to get to the gym, lol... weekends tend to be busy socialising with friends, My current house mate is amazing, and unfortunately moving out at the end of July, so now looking for a new house mate. Ideally Monday to Friday contractor, but would be open to 7 days a week for short periods or if our lives align. if interested please message so we can have a chat, arrange a viewing and see if we are both happy with sharing my place.
