Double bed and ensuite available in Rochester

Hello! I have been renting this lovely master bedroom in Rochester for the past year. I’m moving to London, so looking for someone to take over my room!

It’s £750 per month (all bills included, including council tax).

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, ensuite, desk and chair, wardrobe, smart TV and chest of drawers. The WiFi is also very strong - I have been working from home and have not had any problems joining meetings etc.

You will be joining a friendly houseshare of young professionals in their 20s. Everyone is very friendly and respectful - I’ve really enjoyed living with my housemates.

The house has a shared living room and kitchen. There are 2 fridges, a freezer, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also a basement area with an ironing board and plenty of space to store suitcases etc. There is also a complementary fortnightly cleaning service.

The house is a 30 second walk to Co-Op, 10/15 mins walk to Rochester high street and train station. You can walk to Chatham in 20 minutes. There is on street parking available (no permit needed).
