Is situated on a fairly new quiet estate in the Medway Valley with all amenities nearby and walking distance if you may. Major retailers in Strood & Rochester are within driving and or walkable distance.
Strood & Rochester stations are within 20-25 minutes walk, there are bus links to the station.
Easy access to London with 35 minutes driving (given no traffic) on the A2 and 15 minutes drive to Bluewater Shopping mall.

The area is endowed with beautiful walk/ Hike trails close by so there is a lot to discover. Medway valley restaurants, premier Inn, gym, cinema, Hollywood bowl all nearby within 5 minutes walk.

There is visitors parking (not allocated so first come first serve). The property drive parks landlords cars only.

We are looking for a professional working adult who works away from home (hybrid can be negotiates), is a kind & respectful individual and happy for references and security checks to be conducted prior to letting. Respectfully no children allowed.

Price (1,050) includes bills (council tax band D, gas, electric, water and WiFi) Gas/Electric/Water to be used respectfully & wisely. If there are any changes to your circumstances that will require you partly or fully working from home, your rent cost will change accordingly.
