Bright and spacious furnished double room available in a modern two-bedroom townhouse in Rochester.

The room has been newly set up with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, and benefits from a large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage. There is lots of natural light from the large window as well as Juliet balcony doors, making the room feel bright and airy.

The house is shared with just me, the live-in owner, so this is a quieter and more relaxed setup than a typical multi-person house share. I have my own en-suite, meaning the main full-size bathroom (including bath/shower) would essentially be for the lodger’s use. There is also an additional downstairs WC.

You’ll have use of the shared kitchen and living areas, Wi-Fi and parking. The property is conveniently located in Rochester, around a 10-minute walk from Rochester train station, making it well suited to someone commuting into London or elsewhere for work.

£900 per month, including bills.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going professional who wants somewhere comfortable to call home. I’d like the house to remain relaxed and tidy, while still feeling like a home rather than simply somewhere you’re renting a room.

Single occupancy preferred. Smokers are welcome, but cigarette smoking would need to be outside.

I’m open to both full-time lodgers and Monday - Friday arrangements, so please feel free to get in touch if you’re looking for a weekday base for work.
