You will have shared use of the fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner and large bathroom with a cavernous shower cubicle.

Garden with decking, patio & gas BBQ. Nice views over the Medway, Cathedral & Castle; Off-road parking; supermarkets close by & Bluewater/Ebbsfleet 15 minutes away; close reach of stations; 2 mins to the M2/A2; Sky Q with Netflix/Amazon Prime in all rooms & fast fibre 1 gig broadband (WiFi or hard-wired ports in bedrooms).

Prefer someone who works during the day as I work from home.; smokers OK (downstairs or outside only). I do have cats so you do need to be able to cope with them.
