We have a double room to rent in a large four bedroom flat in New Street, Sandwich. This room is large enough to fit a double bed with bedside cabinet, wardrobe and a small desk & chair. The flat has shared facilities of a large kitchen, main bathroom, shower room, separate WC. There is a public car park to the rear of the flat or a parking permit can be purchased from the council for a yearly fee for surrounding street parking. The flat is located in the town Centre, close to all shops, cafes & bars and has two supermarkets within walking distance. The train station is a five minute walk & the bus station is just around the corner.
