Rent it’s a little cottage shared bathroom which is downstairs but all new have a wood burner which is great oil central heating. It’s in sellindge so close to the motorway Ashford Folkestone and Canterbury also on a main bus route. I have secure parking to the rear of the property which is also behind gates. don’t mind smoking but strictly outside also I’m not there a lot also I’m enhanced DBS checked because of my job.
