I live here with my teenage son. I work from home around 50% of the time and spend the other 50% out working.

We’re a very clean, tidy and respectful household, and the house is generally quiet and peaceful. I’m looking for someone who is also clean, tidy, considerate and quiet, and who would be happy living in a relaxed family home.

There are local amenities nearby, including a Co-op, post office, bakeryand gym. However, having a car is strongly recommended, as public transport in the area is limited and not particularly reliable.
