Easy-going flatmate wanted to share an 85 sqm flat in a listed 18th-century building on Seal High Street, next to Park Lane.

There are two rooms available, approximately 8–9 sqm each. Both can be furnished, unfurnished or partly furnished, depending on the preference of the new resident.

Smaller room: £600 per month

Larger room: £675 per month

Both rooms have gas central heating and a radiator. The larger bedroom may also offer the possibility of an open log fire, subject to suitability and safety.

A £250 holding deposit is required and will be deducted from the first month's rent.

Viewings will take place after 6.30 pm.
