- Private bathroom: featuring both a bath and shower, plus hidden storage behind the mirror.

- Modern kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine for your morning brew!
- Lounge & dining area: a comfy, open space to relax.
- Fitness & outdoors: access to a private on-site gym and beautiful private woodland right on your doorstep.
- Parking & transport: secure gated parking space (great access to the A21 & M25). Dunton Green station is just a 3-minute walk away, with quick trains to London, Sevenoaks, and beyond!

About the household & you:

When I’m not working in London, I love staying active by exploring the area on foot or on my bike, as well as enjoying cosy evenings in with good food and a TV series. While I like going out, I prefer to keep the flat a peaceful place, so the party never comes back here!

This space would suit a professional working standard hours (preferably commuting/working out of the house) who values a clean, quiet, and peaceful environment. I’d love someone who is happy to chat or share the occasional meal/evening together, while fully respecting each other’s personal space and downtime.
