A unique country farmhouse

I am looking for a professional tenant or couple to move into my farmhouse in Weald. The Oast has stunning views, a garden, off road parking and is close to the village. The price includes all bills

I operate a small children's nursery and will be caring for children on the premises from the property Monday - Friday 8am-6pm. A stipulation of my license is that the setting must be a residential home. The tenant will have private use of the double bedroom, en- suite and kitchen at all times but will not have access to the main living parts of the house during opening hours.

In the evenings and at weekends, the tenant has full use of the property and the grounds, although our nursery equipment will not be removed. The tenant may access the property at anytime and is free to come and go as they please. There is a separate entrance for the tenants. A DBS and Ofsted check will be completed by us.

This unique opportunity would suit a professional or couple who do not work from home/shifts.
