The house is along the sea front, opposite a quiet beach.

Victorian house, wood flooring, C/H, garden, dishwasher, clean/tidy. 2 bathrooms/showers, separate 2 toilets and +2 separate showers,

The price includes general house cleaning, cleaning items (washing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher supplies etc), kitchen items/cooking utensils, broadband and all bills. Please note that there will be an additional charge of £10.00 per week during winter months only, to contribute towards the heating bill. The property is council tax band C.

Street parking is on both sides of the road outside the house.

Everyone has their own fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard (not shared).

We welcome long and short term lodgers. Introverts and extroverts. The house is so big so you cant invade anyone's space. We are friendly in communal areas and no one will disturb you once in your room. This is a quiet household as everyone works different shifts. Head phones are a must between 10pm and 7 am.

10 min walk into town, 15 min walk to train station and bus stop 1 min walk. The area has a leisure centre, swimming pool, supermarkets, pubs, lake/sea fishing and coastal walks/cycling.

Looking for one lodger only. All rooms have door locks, WiFi, table and chairs, fully furnished, with fitted wardrobes.

The house is H&S compliant with necessary fire alarms, emergency lighting, gas safety, certificates etc, and is well managed.

Photographic ID and proof of income required. There will be an agreements to sign on occupation.

No couples (sorry we have a limit on people count) in the property.
