The property has a small living room area and galley kitchen. The property has two downstairs toilets and a communal downstairs shower room with a small shower and toilet room adjacent to bedrooms on the first floor. I am a live in landlady.
Non smokers preferred but if you do wish to smoke there is a porch area by the front door.
There are dogs at this property.
Houseguests ideally kept to a minimum.
There are a range of rooms available, all doubles with single person occupancy
£435 PCM or £100 PCW
