Upstairs room with bills included. £900 per room. Can negotiate if if taking both rooms.
I have two bedrooms upstairs for rent - you will be sharing amenities with room next door (1 max 2 persons). No more than 3 in two bedrooms sharing upstairs altogether.

Upstairs space is suitable for those wanting their own space / keep to themselves / WFH. It can be viewed as a one bedroom flat. This space is suitable for short / long term living. I have added a utility room / laundry room upstairs so you don't have to keep running downstairs with laundry or for a glass of water / cup of tea.

Downstairs is essentially 1 bedroom flat with:
double room with ensuite + walk in wardrobe
downstairs shower
main kitchen / dining
living room.
Downstairs space is more suitable for a couple or a young family/ long term let as is it a larger space with lots of storage and living area with garden.
