A bright, spacious double room is available in a clean, quiet home in Sidcup. You will be sharing the house only with me (the live-in landlord).
The room is partially furnished with plenty of storage, including:
• Two wardrobes
• A dressing table with a mirror
• A bedside cabinet
• (Please note: There is no bed provided, making this absolutely perfect if you already have your own bed and mattress!)
Shared Spaces:
You will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £600 per calendar month (pcm)
• Deposit: One month's rent (£600) held securely.
• Included in Rent: High-speed Wi-Fi and the water bill.
• Not Included (Shared Cost): Gas and electricity bills will be split fairly [50/50 or specify percentage] based on usage each month to keep costs fair for both of us.
