The annex includes a double bedroom with ensuite shower, furnished with a double bed and a brand-new unused mattress, and a comfortable living area with a sofa and a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob for light cooking.

From the annex’s living room, there is direct access to a large rear garden, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

Please note that for washing up (dishes or clothes), tenants can use the main kitchen in the house. This area also marks the separation point between the main residence and the annex.

The main house is shared by a friendly Nepali couple and a single female doctor.

The household has a calm, tidy, and respectful atmosphere, ideal for a single professional or a couple seeking a peaceful and well-kept home with a bit of independence. Currently an all-female and couple household, so would suit a similar tenant.
