The room is completely new refurbished and so is the whole house. The house was recently extended and we have now two bathrooms and a separate laundry room. We are currently renovating the garden which has already a hot tub.
We are a family with two kids (15 and 16 years), who spend half of the time with their father.
We also have two cats.
Parking provided for one car.
The house is a 15 minute walk in either direction to Sidcup Station or New Eltham Station. The local supermarket and several local restaurants are a 2 minute walk away.
The busses nearby go to Greenwich and Woolwich.
Our home is in a quiet, safe and friendly road. There are several green spaces to enjoy within walking distance and transport links are excellent.
We are looking for a professional who is clean and independent and does not mind that there are teenagers and cats around.
