I have two large double rooms and a medium double room which I am offering to someone/s who would like to join our happy house and share my home with me!

They come with all bills included, and outfitted with all mod-cons:
A fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, grill etc.
Washing machine and dryer.
Softened water running throughout, and filtered running water in the kitchen!
Hyper-fast 100Mb wifi enabled Broadband!
With 50-inch flat-screen LCD TV in the common room.
All fully double-glazed (recently all the windows and doors were replaced with 'Zenith' high thermally efficient and high-security doors and windows) and centrally heated!
There is an orthopedic back massager chair if you need a little stress relief after a long day at work! ;-)
And much more!

The house boasts two bathrooms and a toilet. (One of the bathrooms is in my loft conversion, which is mainly used by me, but available as an overflow bathroom if needed, if the others are busy!)

There is a patio, and a garden in the back, as well as a BBQ available to use.

On-street parking is available.

The house is situated in the nice leafy Gravesend suburb of Singlewell, is about 4 minutes drive from the A2, and about a 5-10 minute bus ride to the center of town and Gravesend train station.
Buses go frequently from the end of the street, 1 minute walk away.

There is a large Morrisons Supermarket/Fuel Station about 3 minutes drive away, as well as convenience stores, Post Office, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, etc., at the end of the street, and Tesco Express a few minutes walk.
Pubs, parks and a golf course are also close-by.

A weekly clean is either done by myself or an outside cleaner for all the common areas of the house.

This is a 'no-smoking-whatsoever-in-the- house', home. However, you may go outside in the back or front garden and close the door behind you, to smoke if you wish, provided you dispose of the cig-butt thoughtfully.

This would likely best suit professional persons who want a good standard of home-living, without the trouble and bother of house upkeep, or who need to commute into London for work.
Professional couples also welcome!
(There will be a £15 pw surcharge for a couple occupancy!)
I want to maintain the fun and friendly atmosphere we have here where we all get on and enjoy life! ;-)

Everyone (including me) makes a reasonable and proportionate contribution of £10 per person per week into the 'Household Kitty', which goes towards the weekly cleaning service, as well as the 'consumables' in the house provided by me for common use, such as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, toilet paper, air fresheners, cleaning supplies & implements, hand/tea/kitchen towels, etc.

I would need 4 weeks deposit in advance, and at one least week's rent. The deposit is refundable in full when you leave provided there has been no damage, in which case the cost of repair/replacement would be subtracted from the deposit.
You are welcome to pay weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly in advance, as best suits you.

Please provide two references, with one being from your current employer or proof of employment.

Pets considered but preferably something small like perhaps a fishbowl, or guinea pigs or hamsters kept in a cage, as long as the cages are kept in your room, kept clean and odour-free, and aren't any sort of a noise or nuisance to other house-mates, Or possibly a cat if it's clean and well house-trained and won't make messes or be a nuisance to others!
