The tenant must be employed (in a professional capacity) and a non-smoker. There is a breakfast bar within the kitchen, washing machine, gas hob, microwave. There is a separate fridge and cupboard for the tenant to use and store food in.
The room is complete with a double bed, Triple wardrobe providing a large amount of wardrobe/storage space as well as under bed storage.
