Large double room in detached house

Me and my fiancé are looking to rent out our second bedroom in our four bedroom detached house in Sittingbourne. Fully furnished, all bills included for £700pcm.

Loads of storage space - large wardrobe, large chest of drawers and an ottoman bed. We have a large garden, driveway and garage. Although the bedroom does not have an en-suite, we have two bathrooms upstairs and will be using our own en-suite 99% of the time.

The house is 10 minute walk to the town centre and the train station, which has high speed rail links to London St Pancras and Victoria.

Myself and my fiancé work full time, and do some shift work. We are looking for somebody considerate, and who will keep their areas clean and tidy.
