The room comes furnished with a double bed, drawers, desk & wardrobe. The rent covers all bills (gas/electric/council tax/water/internet). There is also a TV point in the room & fast Virgin WIFI Broadband is throughout the property. There is also a shared kitchen downstairs fully equipped with fridge/freezers, oven, hobs, microwave, washing machine, crockery and all cooking utensils etc).

A cleaner cleans the shared areas once a week & a gardener looks after the large shared garden. I am looking for conscientious, clean and respectful tenant.

The contract is for 6 months minimum, with then a 1 months notice period thereafter.
