The house is 15 minutes walk from Sittingbourne train station and the town centre, with easy access to the A2 and plenty of on street parking. The Kings Ferry Coach Service to London stops on the road and there is a Tesco Express within 2 minutes walk.

The property has 6 bedrooms, four en-suite with the remaining two sharing a Shower room.

The rooms that have become available are en-suite shower room and is the largest rooms in the house, rooms in this house are very popular, so rarely available, it will go quickly, available from 1st August.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with TV and internet ports. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a megaflow system to ensure plenty of hot water. Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and full length mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hobs, ovens and sinks with a microwave and washer / dryer. The property has a separate living room with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a patio with large garden.
