The Home & Location

You would be sharing the home with a married professional couple and our Manchester Terrier.

The house is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking woodland and green space, giving it a peaceful setting while still being within easy reach of Sittingbourne town centre. There are also local parks nearby, making it a lovely area for walking, running or simply getting outdoors.

Sittingbourne Train Station is approximately a 5-minute drive, 10-minute cycle or 35-minute walk away, and there are convenient bus routes into both Sittingbourne and Maidstone.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a professional, non-smoking single occupant who is looking for a comfortable, clean and relaxed place to call home on a longer-term basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples, smokers or additional pets.
