We're a welcoming and considerate house share with a lovely double bedroom available in South Sittingbourne, just a short 10-minute walk from the station.
The location offers excellent transport links, and you'll find supermarkets, local shops, and the high street all within walking distance.
The room is a cosy double, fully furnished, and the house itself is fully equipped with everything you need, including a spacious living room, separate bathroom and toilet, downstairs w/c, kitchen, garden, conservatory, and high-speed internet.
We're looking for a considerate housemate to join us. All bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, council tax, and water rates), so no hidden costs!
A minimum of one month's notice is required when moving out.
