We're a welcoming and considerate house share with a lovely double bedroom available in South Sittingbourne, just a short 10-minute walk from the station in ME10 1NQ.

The location offers excellent transport links, and you'll find supermarkets, local shops, and the high street all within walking distance.

The room is a cosy double, fully furnished, and the house itself is fully equipped with everything you need, including a spacious living room, separate bathroom and toilet, downstairs w/c, kitchen, garden, conservatory, and high-speed internet.

We're looking for a considerate housemate to join us. All bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, council tax, and water rates).

A minimum of one month's notice is required when moving out.
