The house is ideal for someone who works full-time and wants a clean, comfortable and relaxed place to live. The existing household is friendly but everyone has their own lives, so there's no expectation to constantly socialise.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and reliable with rent.

Local shops are around a 10-minute walk and the train station is approximately 15 minutes away. Parking is available directly behind the property.

Minimum stay: 3 months. Available immediately.

Note: One of the current housemates works a shift pattern and is only at the house for around 3–4 nights a week. When he is here, he's generally working or sleeping, so he keeps very much to himself and is rarely around.
