I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to rent a bright double ensuite room in my home.

The room is spacious, light-filled and has its own private bathroom, so it feels really self-contained.

It’s a calm, quiet and well-kept space — ideal if you want somewhere to properly relax after work.

About me:
I work in marketing in London and split my time between home and the office. Evenings are usually the gym, cooking, or a quiet night in.
I also have a small dog part-time, so you’d need to be comfortable around dogs.

Looking for:
A working professional (late 20s–30s ideally) who is tidy, considerate and values a peaceful home environment.
This isn’t a party house — more a calm, easy place to live.
