I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to rent a bright double ensuite room in my home.

The room is spacious, light-filled and has its own private bathroom, so it feels really self-contained.

The room includes:
* Large ensuite bathroom
* Double bed with brand new mattress
* Bedside table
* Under-bed storage
* Clothes rail

The house:
* A calm, quiet and well-kept space, ideal if you want somewhere to properly relax after work.
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher
* Separate dining room and living room
* Located on a lovely quiet road, walking distance to High Brooms station
* On-street parking available. No permit needed.

About me:
* I'm 32 and work in marketing
* Work is in London and split my time between home and the office approx 2 days in London, the rest at home.
* Evenings are usually spent at the gym and cooking a quick dinner,
* I also have a small dog part-time, so you’d need to be comfortable around dogs.

What I'm looking for:
* A working professional (late 20s–30s ideally) who is tidy, considerate and values a peaceful home environment.
* It would suit someone who works in and around the area, or who commutes to london.
* Open to someone working from home - there is a room for a small desk in the bedroom.
* I'm open to length of stay so whether you need somewhere temporarily or longer term feel free to message.
