A beautiful 4-bedroom traditional English house, situated in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just outside of Canterbury.
The shared areas downstairs are large and spacious. There’s a sitting area with a large open fire and an open living room/dining area with French doors to the back garden. There is a large driveway with plenty of space for a car each and also a garage to store bikes. WIFI is throughout the house and you will have full and free use of the all appliances in the kitchen and utility room. Part of the garden is currently under construction, but there’s still plenty of green space to enjoy.
The house is very close to the village of Stelling Minnis which has a local shop and a very good pub and there are lots of places to walk and explore the countryside. Canterbury is a short 20-minute drive away and Ashford, Folkestone and Dover are also very close and easy to get to from the house.
I’m looking for open-minded, laid back people to share the house.
