Each room is furnished to a high spec and will include Bed, Chest of Drawers, Bedside Table and Wardrobe. Lamp and Wall art is also included. The communal Kitchen will be kitted out with all essential items and each tenant will have two storage cupboards in the kitchen.

We are passionate about not only providing excellent houses but also delivering a high level of customer service to our tenants. The house will be cleaned on a regular basis and any maintenace issues will be dealt with promptly. Your application will all be dealt with online via our tenant app which you can also use to communicate with the team.


We never charge any admin fees or Deposits and all monthly rental amounts are fully inclusive of all bills.
