Spacious basement to rent in a large townhouse in the centre of Strood. The house is a few minutes from Strood train Station, and within walking distance of Rochester Station as well. We are within walking distance of all local amenities, and there are good transport links. I live in the house with my adult daughter and another female lodger. I work in a caring proffession so am fully DBS checked. All bills are included. The room has an En-suite shower and toilet. This room has its own entrance hall and front door. There are French doors leading to a small private patio area.
