Short term let with live in landlord
Hi :)
I have a double room, with large wardrobe, double bed and a TV, available in Strood, a 3 min walk from the train station. You will have private access to the bathroom.
Property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, shared front room and kitchen. There is also gated parking.
You would be sharing the space with me and my dog Benny, a small cockapoo. He's really friendly and loves everyone.
I work Monday to Friday with 3 days from home, Benny is normally with my mum when I'm at work.
Please note - My property is on the market to sell but no buyers as yet. Once I do have an offer will take around 4months to go through.
I'm friendly and sociable but also like my own space. Looking to share with a professional worker no SH sorry.
