First floor toilet

I am looking for a clean, tidy and mature person who will fit in with my exiting lodgers. all lodgers must be clean and tidy in the shared spaces, respectful of other people's property and privacy and quiet at night.

My existing lodgers have been with me for some years, they are friendly, sociable people and we all get on well together. The vacancy has arisen because the couple previously using the double room -for five years - have upgraded to their own flat. I rarely have a free room.

The house is comfortable and spacious with two bathroom, two kitchens and a downstairs toilet. It is kept clean and in good repair.

There is off-road parking for one car. Bus stops to Canterbury and Margate/Ramsgate are very close and the main railway line through Canterbury West is less than half a mile away. There are local shops nearby and it is a convenient location to live
