Available for viewings now. Super private annex/ mini studio in the extension part of the house with no room above. Or considered double room larger than usual size of rooms and have a full size lovely en-suite bathroom with bathtub, private garden entrance. Very quiet area!

0.5miles (10min walk) distance to Swanley station which gives you direct trains to London Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge and it’s zone 8 on OYSTER CARD.

We are flexible on the tenure happy for short term too. No minimum stay just 30 days notice for both sides.

Room is fully furnished. Room has a large kings size bed with firm, orthopaedic memory foam mattress, two wardrobes- one regular double door and one extra size Ikea tripple door plus large tall bookshelf and a night stand with drawers. bathroom has a large bathtub with shower.

There is enough space by the window for the desk and chair if you work from home or table and chairs/ small sofa that you can bring with you if you’d like.

I can rearrange it if you require too.
