Available for viewings now. Super lovely double room with a double size bed in a very quiet area ready now to move in.

Easy, free parking in front of the property on the road.

0.5miles (10min walk) distance to Swanley station which gives you direct trains to London Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge and it’s zone 8 on OYSTER CARD.

I am flexible on the tenure happy for short term too. No minimum stay just 30 days notice for both sides.

Room is fully furnished: has a double size bed with firm, orthopaedic mattress, very large wardrobe space, chest of drawers and built in cupboard. The bathroom that is next door in the hallway has a large bathtub with rainfall shower. Separate toilet. To be shared with me and other lodgers.

Very well equipped kitchen(cooking utensils, fryers, Nespresso coffee machine and more), utility room with washer and tumble dryer plus shared dining room/ living room.

I don’t accept smokers and it’s not enough room for children or couples- apologies.

Room is suitable for single professional. Wi-Fi and Netflix access will come with all bills included £100pm ;)
