This self-contained studio annexe is an extension of my passion for India. It’s full of bohemian spirit — calm, a bit magic and tastefully decorated in soothing tranquil green, with birds singing you awake in the mornings.
It’s comfortably built for one.

The annexe:

The location:
Temple Ewell — a proper and cute village. It’s peaceful, green and well-connected: minutes from Kearsney train station and Kearsney Abbey. The Fox, is the local pub and it does a genuinely good smash burger, so you’re covered, on those days that you can’t be bothered to cook.

About us:
I’m Helen (almost 38) your live-at the end of your garden landlady, that’s a loose term, as I spend part of the year in India for my work, so you might not see much of me at all. It’s me, my son (6) and Winnie (12) our little Bedlington Terrier. My two older boys visit weekly to check in on their old mum, and they’re harmless.
We’re chilled, clean-living, and friendly without being in your business. A wave as you pass the kitchen window if you’re in the mood is fine with us. Head down if your not is also ok.

Worth knowing:
House Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the annexe, so you’ll want your own data plan or a solution sorted — just being upfront about that one.

£700 per month, all bills included.
Part-furnished.
Short-term lets considered.
