I am looking for a professional tenant or couple to move into my newly refurbished 4 bedroomed detached barn conversion in Shipbourne. The barn has stunning views, a beautiful garden, off road parking and is close to schools and a great local pub. The price includes all bills
I am opening a small nursery setting in the barn and will be caring for children on the premises Monday to Friday. A stipulation of my licence is that the setting must be a residential home. The tenant will have private use of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom at all times but will not have access to the main living parts of the house during opening hours.
In the evenings and at weekends, the tenant has full use of the property and the grounds, although our nursery equipment will not be removed. The tenant may access the property at anytime and is free to come and go as they please. A DBS and Ofsted check will need to be completed.
This unique opportunity would suit a professional couple who work long hours, or individuals used to being around children/a single parent family.
