I have a single cosy room for rent, and looking for a quiet friendly working LADY to come and share my home with me. I like a quiet happy house.

I am a retired, friendly, very busy widow living with my 3 cats,. I am also a foster carer for kittens for the RSPCA. I am out and about nearly every day, socialising and doing voluntary work for church or local theatre.

I am usually in evenings, busy doing something or watching TV, and happy to sit with lodger or there is a TV in the bedroom.

I have a lovely garden with 5 seating areas, and a pond with seating round to watch the fish. There is a garage to put in a bike.

Obviously do not reply if you don't like cats as they are important members of the household.. Please tell me what experience you have had with cats, and don't apply if you are the least bit allergic to them as hairs get everywhere.

You will do your own cooking, you have ½ a fridge to yourself and space in the freezer, and a cupboard & rack in the kitchen to keep your food.

I am quite happy to chat, or you can keep yourself to yourself. I am involved in Tonbridge organisations, and it is a lovely place to live in with lots going on.

The rent is to be paid monthly in advance - on the same date each month as you arrived. All bedlinen is provided if needed.
