• 10 min drive to Pembury Hospital ideal for hospital staff
• High street, river, indoor/outdoor pool, gyms, Haysden Country Park, lovely local pubs, cafes and beautiful Kent countryside all on the doorstep! So many good pubs :-)
• A21 junction 1 min drive
• Parking permit £45 a year / ad hoc daily permits available
• Short term only – poss up to 9 months (may sell house). Could suit someone looking for a longer term place or visiting from overseas
