About the house:
You can enjoy shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge, conservatory and lovely garden. Perks of the house include log-burner for cosy evenings in and terrace with a grapevine for shade in the summer. There is parking available on the road outside but please note you will need to purchase a permit from the council which costs £58 a year.

The rent on the room is £625 with £100 contribution to the bills each month.

About the area:
The house is in 'The Slade' which is a desirable location in Tonbridge due to being less than 10 minutes walk to the town and 15 to the station. We are only half an hour direct train into London Bridge and the previous housemate used to commute into London for work regularly.
