Bright, comfortable double room available in a well-kept apartment just a 5-minute walk from Tonbridge station.

The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you. You’ll also have exclusive use of your own bathroom (not en-suite), with the kitchen and living areas shared.

The apartment has a lovely private south-facing balcony, which gets plenty of sun and is a great space to sit outside during the warmer months.

I’m a professional working full-time (in the office 3/4 days a week) and I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who would enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a busy house-share.

I’m also a dad and my children stay with me regularly, normally one at a time, so I’d like to find someone who’s completely comfortable sharing a home where children are occasionally around.

The apartment would particularly suit a professional or London commuter given how close it is to the station.

£750 per month including bills.
