🏡 House Rules

* No pets allowed
* No smoking inside the house
* No alcohol drinking inside the house
* Please keep the room and shared areas clean and tidy

📅 Rent & Notice

* Rent must be paid before the 5th of every month
* One month’s notice is required before leaving
* If there is any issue or problem requiring the tenancy to end, one month’s notice will also be given

💰 Deposit

* One month’s rent (£700)is required as a deposit

📄 Required Details/Documents

Interested applicants will be asked to provide:

* Full name
* Job title / employment details
* Visa status / conditions
* Copy of passport
* One passport-size photograph
