Bright furnished small double room available in a quiet 2-bed maisonette in the Tovil area. The room gets lots of natural light and includes ottoman storage for extra space.

You’d be sharing the bathroom with just one other person (me — live-in landlord), plus there’s an additional downstairs WC. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking outside in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Great location — just a 5-minute drive into town, with Tesco and Lidl directly opposite for convenience.

I’m looking for someone friendly and sociable who’s happy to treat the place like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It would suit someone who enjoys a chat after work or watching TV together in the evenings, while still respecting each other’s space. The vibe here is warm, relaxed, and social rather than a silent house share.
