A SHORT DISTANCE FROM PEMBURY/TUNBRIDGE WELLS HOSPITAL AND HIGH BROOMS TRAIN STATION - ideal for possible medical student/staff or London commuter.
We are a husband and wife with a young child looking to rent out our spare room. We come with a lot of baggage so please keep reading before messaging!)
*We are a busy family. Both working sometimes long hours (but not night shifts).
*Our neighbours and family pop in often and out to assist with childcare/school runs etc.
*Our biggest priority is our child. Their safety and development is always in our mind. So with this we can't accept lots of guests coming and going and certainly not loud music and late at night.
*We have a living room that our child uses and it is their main play area.
*The bathroom next to the room we are renting would be shared with our daughter and this is another reason we prefer female applicants.
*Our kitchen is small but we would provide you your own cupboard and space in the fridge for your food.
*We occasionally dog-sit other people's dogs (but don't have our own permanent pets), however they are only allowed downstairs.
*We occasionally have long distance relatives staying and they would therefore be sleeping in the living room whilst we have a lodger however there may be an opportunity (but ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION) to pause the rent for a few days if you wanted to vacate the room whilst they stayed.
*There may be an opportunity (but again ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION) to assist with babysitting/childcare/pick-up to reduce the rent (hourly rate, ad-hoc rent reduction could be discussed).
*Off road car parking is available in the area.
