Great location off St John's Road. 5 minutes walk to town centre and to the local shops. 12 minutes walk to the main station and about 20 minutes walk to High Brooms. Bills included (council tax, WiFi etc).
The room is fully furnished. There is a double bed, freestanding wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, desk and chair, fully carpeted and curtains. There is a communal garden and outside seating area.
