Shared flat with its own yoga/dance studio

This is a glorious elegant flat with high ceilings, in a classic Victorian building. It has a massive living room, large enough for me to teach tango, and another resident to practice or teach a small yoga class or another dance form. The rent reflects that. I have the place filled with house plants and window boxes on every window. We have beautiful views over managed gardens, and are a nine minute walk to the train station and central Tunbridge Wells. There are fifteen flats in the building, with some delightful and interesting residents. I like hosting dinner parties and love having people around, so dont expect a hideaway. I am launching a business in Autumn 2025, so will be out of the house during the day. My flatmate will likely be commuting to London. We are open to a couple, or a single person with a kid.
