Current housemates are two guys, one girl. We work in and around Tunbridge Wells, and from home. We enjoy the occasional meal/ movie/ pub night together.

Parking is nearby on Warwick park or various other roads are free after 6pm.

The house is 3 stories, the bedroom available is on the 3rd floor.
The house;
- Large communal kitchen with dining table, plenty of storage
- Lounge with an office desk, TV, sofas, sofa bed, etc, space to work, hang out, exercise
- Small balcony where we sometimes have BBQS in the summer.
- Four bedrooms in total
- Two toilets, one bathroom
- Laundry Room
- Storage for bikes - in a room downstairs
- Cleaning - we have a cleaner twice a month, and split the bill.
- Bills - we all take on at least one house hold bill, ensuring it’s paid on time etc, it’s all split equally each month. Rent with bills normally come to about £550PM.
