Hi, i have a nice spacious attic room to let. The house is right on the edge of town, though not in a noisy area. The bathroom has a shower rather than a bath. I am an easy to get on with young 60 year old male. With one room already rented out to a female in her late forties. Another female is preferred (that is a polite way of saying no men ;-) Not looking for a party animal or DSS. Single occupancy only. The room has recently been decorated. My courtyard garden has the joy of evening sun.
PS. I put no smokers, meaning no smoking indoors. But not a problem if you smoke outside :-).
The room is available from 5th September.
