The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor and will be shared with the family, but we have a shower upstairs so the downstairs bathroom is not used that much.
We have just lost our last tenant after two years and she worked in Tunbridge Wells going home to the West Country at weekends.
Very easy going family in and out working during the day.
