The room is a good size double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with TV/Ethernet point. The mattress is brand new and still boxed. The room is for single occupancy only.

A non smoking (can smoke outside the property) clean and tidy person in full time professional employment, not suitable for night workers that need to sleep during the day. Someone respectful of a persons property and who has their own interests, and can live harmoniously in a shared space.
