A double room is available in this light and spacious apartment. The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard and is located in the St Johns, a 5min walk from a late night Tesco, shops, cafe's and a bar. The town centre is an easy walk but there is a bus stop 1 minute away. There is off street parking.

The room is a good size double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with TV/Ethernet point. There is a large full bathroom which is currently for sole use but this may change. The bathroom has a separate rainfall shower and rolltop bath. The room is for single occupancy only.

The property has a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances to include a washing machine, dishwasher. The lounge space is fantastic with a cast iron feature fire place and TV/DVD/Netflix code

About you

A non smoking (can smoke outside the property) clean and tidy person in full time professional employment, not suitable for night workers that need to sleep during the day. Someone respectful of a persons property and who has their own interests, and can live harmoniously in a shared space.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed internet and tv licence; flexible about the move in date.
