We are looking for short term, tidy tenants to live in our flat while we try to sell the property.

The property is currently on the market for sale and tenants will be expected to keep the place clean and tidy for viewings. It is not expected there will be more than 1-2 viewings per month.

We realise this may not be ideal for all tenants so we are therefore happy to offer this flat with ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

The current owners and residents, Ryan and Yurleis, are moving abroad and the flat will be vacant from the end of January.
