We are looking for short term a tidy tenants to live in our flat while we try to sell the property.

The property is currently on the market for sale and tenants will be expected to keep the place clean and tidy for viewings. It is not expected there will be more than 1-2 viewings per month.

We realise this may not be ideal for all tenants so we are therefore happy to offer this flat with ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

The apartment:

There is a shared lounge and kitchen space to share with 2 other female tenants including a relatively new oven, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Access to a shared front garden for those rare sunny days and The Pantiles couldn't be closer, just a 2 minute walk until you're in the hub of great cafes, bars, shops etc. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away.

The two current tenants in the flat are are open to male or female tenants as long as they are easy going, tidy and considerate.

Rent is paid monthly and a one month deposit is required prior to moving in.
